The Deco Building was the old Art Deco administration block of the paint factory.  It has been converted into studio/offices of various sizes, from 780 to 3,300sq.ft. and a landmark office/showroom.  A new floor has been added on the roof which contains five penthouse one and two bedroom flats.

9 new individual studio offices make up the lower and first floors of the building.

New residential spaces

A new residential floor of 5 apartments have been built on the top floor of the Deco Building, overlooking the whole of Paintworks. There are a further 2 apartments on the first floor. These are a mixture of spacious one and two bedroom flats, all with wooden floors, fitted kitchens and bathrooms and either balconies or a terrace.
